When you contact us, your contact details and a brief outline of your problem will be taken by a reception worker. This will be then passed on to the housing team who will then contact you by phone to get fuller details of the problem.
The speed with which the caseworker will respond will depend on how busy we are. It could be the same day but may be longer.
